  • The cocktail was invented in Lewiston so we celebrate the Lewiston Cocktail Festival in March!
  • President Jimmy Carter deemed Lewiston as "the most historic square mile in America"


Youngstown is a historic village located in the Town of Porter and offers some of the best sunsets you'll ever witness. Quaint shops and restaurants line Main Street. The hamlet Sanborn area is located in the Town of Lewiston and covers 10 square miles.  This bustling hamlet is home to Niagara County Community College. The community is rich in history and is home to the Sanborn-Lewiston Farm Museum with an active Historical Society dedicated to keeping the agricultural history alive.

  • Named after Rev. Ebenezer C. Sanborn, a Methodist minister, who arrived in 1846
