A Taste of Lewiston will take place on Center Street in the historic Village of Lewiston on Saturday, May 25th from 11am - 6pm.  Lewiston is known for a bustling shopping district and premier dining destination. A Taste of Lewiston will feature sample sized food and beverages from Lewiston restaurants, ranging from $1 - $8.  Center Street will be closed to vehicular traffic from 4th to 6th Street for the festival.

The event is hosted by the Niagara River Region Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Lewiston Restaurant Group.  The focus of the festival is to feature the dining establishments located in the Village, along with additional vendors to compliment a festival atmosphere attendees come to expect at Lewiston events.  The Lewiston Council on the Arts has produced the event the past two years and is lending the use of A Taste of Lewiston name and logo for use in 2019.   Jennifer Pauly, Chamber President has worked closely with the Lewiston dining establishments to make sure the festival is a success. Planning started just a few short months ago.  "We have followed the lead of the restaurants in making sure this event happened this year.  With cooperation from the restaurants, the Arts Council, the Village and Lewiston businesses, we were able to make it happen. We hope it will be an enjoyable day for all."
