What: Earth Voices of the Great Spirit (in conjunction with the Lewiston Harvest Festival)

When: September 27, 2014 - 11:00AM - 5:00PM
Where: Lewiston Peace Garden, 476 Center St. Lewiston, NY 14092

(Lewiston, NY) Join us for a celebration of traditional and contemporary Native American culture expressed through music, drumming, arts, children's activities, demonstrations and story telling. Scheduled during the Lewiston Harvest Festival (September 27 & 28), the event will promote a deeper appreciation of Indigenous culture, heritage and traditions of Native peoples in this bi-national region.

Feel the beat of the drums and hear the songs and stories of Native people. Check out the arts and crafts vendors. The drumming will move you... and as the day wears on, contemporary rock music by Native musicians will give you the Blues and make you want to rock and ROLL!

Everyone is welcome to join in this day of sharing, to celebrate the music and culture that has spanned generations. It promises to be a day filled with fun for the whole family.
